Featuring a double-jointed lozenge mouthpiece, this bit is designed to distribute pressure more evenly across the tongue and bars compared with many single-jointed bits, encouraging soft and consistent contact as the double joint minimises the nutcracker effect a single joint can cause to the palate. The unique design of the central lozenge means that its shaped like a bean inwards on one side and on the other is wider and flattened, covering the joins and providing a greater surface area for the contact and pressure distribution.
